Energy Modeling software:

The Bentley’s AECOsim Energy Simulator V8i is used for Energy Modeling, which integrates with the U.S. Department Energy’s EnergyPlus simulation engine for the whole building energy simulation to model both energy consumption—for heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, and plug and process loads—and water use in buildings’ environmental conditions, and energy performance. For this project Energy Code Compliance and Energy Modeling were within the scope of work is done in alignment with the Enterprise Green Communities Certification and Energy Star for Multifamily Certification.
